Mandate
RADIANT WELLNESS & REHABILITATION FOUNDATION LBG was incorporated in Ghana on April 17, 2026, as a non-profit organization committed to improving equitable access to rehabilitation and preventive healthcare services for underserved and vulnerable populations.
The organization focuses on reducing barriers to care for low-income individuals, women, elderly persons, and individuals with mobility challenges or disabilities. Through community-based interventions, capacity building, and partnerships with healthcare institutions, Radiant Foundation works to promote recovery, independence, and full participation in society.
Although newly established, the organization is led by experienced professionals in healthcare delivery, project management, and community-based initiatives, with prior exposure to rehabilitation service models within Ghana’s healthcare ecosystem.
Radiant Foundation combines strong local leadership with international expertise, including Ghanaian-Canadian involvement, enabling the integration of global best practices into community-based healthcare delivery.

The liability of members is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute to the assets of the Foundation in the event of its winding up
